Ukraine: Until 31.08. visa-free entry & permitted stay. As of 01.06. Change from AsylbLG to SGB
Yesterday and today (08.04.2022) there were two major decisions that are significant for refugees from Ukraine.
- The Ukraine Transitional Residence Regulation is extended. A legal stay is thus possible until 31.08.
- As of 01.06, the scope of benefits is to be changed from AsylbLG to SGB.
