GAaNF at Münchner Selbsthilfetag 2026

On 4 July 2026, GAaNF e.V. participated in the Münchner Selbsthilfetag 2026 at Marienplatz in Munich. The annual event brought together around 60 organisations and initiatives working across health, migration, LGBTQ+, addiction support and a wide range of social issues, creating an open space for dialogue, networking and community engagement.

From Stand 3, located near the main stage, the GAaNF team welcomed visitors throughout the day, sharing information about the organisation’s work, programmes and ongoing initiatives. The event provided an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, exchange experiences and connect with individuals, families and partner organisations from across Munich.

For GAaNF, events such as the Münchner Selbsthilfetag are especially valuable because they bring together diverse communities and create opportunities for visibility, mutual learning and collaboration. They offer an important platform for raising awareness, strengthening networks and highlighting the role of community-based organisations in supporting inclusion and social participation.

GAaNF was proud to be part of this year's event and appreciated the many inspiring conversations and new connections made throughout the day.
