GAaNF Internal Planning and Coordination Meeting

On 14 March 2026, the GAaNF team came together for an internal planning and coordination meeting to reflect on priorities, responsibilities and the direction of the organisation for the year ahead.
While GAaNF’s public work is often seen through events, workshops and community activities, this meeting focused on the internal structures that make such work possible. The team discussed the 2026 team concept, individual and shared responsibilities, internal activities, project priorities, and the link between external visibility and internal coordination.
A key focus of the meeting was how GAaNF can preserve its strong organisational culture while working in a more structured, proactive and sustainable way. The discussion highlighted the importance of clearer roles, earlier coordination, better documentation and stronger ownership based on real capacity.
The meeting was an important moment for honest reflection, team alignment and forward planning. It helped strengthen the foundation for GAaNF’s work in 2026 and ensured that upcoming activities would be guided not only by commitment and passion, but also by clarity, consistency and shared purpose.
Although such internal processes often happen behind the scenes, they play a vital role in ensuring that GAaNF’s public-facing work remains intentional, coordinated and impactful.
