360° Labour Mobility Job Fair
Lagos, Nigeria

On 6 March 2026, the 360° Labour Mobility Programme kicked off the year with a hybrid Job Fair held in Lagos, Nigeria, and online. The event brought together skilled talents, employers, companies, and labour mobility stakeholders for a practical and opportunity-focused exchange.
Designed to go beyond speeches and general discussions, the Job Fair created space for direct connection between employers and young talents, particularly in the IT and Hospitality sectors. Participants had the opportunity to engage with companies, learn more about available career pathways, and better understand the practical steps involved in labour mobility processes.
A key part of the event was the focus on employability and access to clearer information. Talents were able to submit their CVs both onsite and virtually, while employers had the chance to meet potential candidates directly and explore possible next steps. The programme also included migration guidance to help participants better understand legal pathways, requirements, and opportunities connected to work and career development.
The Lagos Job Fair marked an important start to 2026 for the 360° Labour Mobility Programme. It strengthened connections between talents and employers, supported informed decision-making, and contributed to GAaNF’s wider mission of creating enabling environments for fair, sustainable, and people-centred labour mobility.
