A Program Designed for Impact

The 360° Labour Mobility Program aims to enhance the employability of youth and support ethical, circular labour migration. We offer a holistic support system throughout the mobility journey—preparing participants for opportunities both within West Africa, Germany and internationally.

The program integrates the strength of our 360° Alliance and the expertise of our Diaspora Network, ensuring every participant receives the guidance and tools they need
to succeed.
