By integrating the Expertise of the 360° Alliance and its multi-facetted networks, the project will offer holistic support to the participants , covering Pre-/Onboarding, Administrative Support, Legal Support, Mentoring and Coaching, Networking and Matchmaking, as well as Testimonials. This shall include job and visa application processes, language and intercultural competencies, qualification procedures and many more.

The project also focuses on capacity building in order to strengthening local advisory institutions in Ghana and Nigeria to ensure sustainability of the project impact.

We´re confident that with this holistic approach, we shall be able to maximise the potentials of the young talents, creating them positive future prospects while considering the interests of the home countries and countries of destination as well as breaking the bureaucratic huddles.

The Project is funded by GIZ on behalf of BMZ and will be implemented by our 360° Alliance as well as our broader Diaspora Experts.
