On 4 July 2026, the GAaNF team came together with alliance members and invited partners in Munich for a dedicated Team Building Event focused on connection, trust and team spirit.

The event created space for participants to step away from daily routines, strengthen relationships and reconnect with the shared purpose behind GAaNF’s work. Through team challenges, shared experiences and informal exchange, the afternoon offered an opportunity to build stronger bonds among the people who contribute to the organisation’s mission.

For GAaNF, investing in people is an important part of building long-term impact. Strong collaboration does not happen by accident. It grows through time, trust, openness and genuine connection. The Team Building Event therefore served not only as a moment of togetherness, but also as a meaningful investment in the internal culture and cooperation that support GAaNF’s wider work.
