GAaNF Team-Building Day

In July, we took dedicated time as a team to strengthen how we work together. Team-building is not a “nice extra” for organisations like ours. It is part of what keeps work sustainable, especially when activities move fast and responsibilities spread across programmes, partners, and locations.
The day was a chance to step back from delivery mode and look at the basics: how we communicate, how decisions get made, how we handle busy phases, and how we support one another when pressure is high. We also used the time to reflect on what worked well in the first half of the year and what we want to improve in the second half.
