GAaNF welcomed participants to the Third Cohort Onboarding Event of the 360° Labour Mobility Programme in Ghana under the theme “Empowering Journeys, Elevating Careers.”

The onboarding marked an important step for young talents preparing to engage more deeply with the programme and the opportunities ahead. It brought participants together for an afternoon of orientation, connection and shared momentum, creating space to better understand the programme structure, expectations and available support.

For the 360° Labour Mobility Programme, onboarding is more than a formal introduction. It is a key moment where preparation begins to take shape, participants gain clarity about the pathway ahead, and the foundation is laid for more intentional engagement throughout the programme.

The event helped participants reflect on their professional goals, understand the next steps in their journey and connect with the wider support system around the programme. It also created an encouraging atmosphere for exchange, motivation and confidence-building as the third cohort prepared to move forward.
