Ukraine: Until 31.08. visa-free entry & permitted stay. As of 01.06. Change from AsylbLG to SGB

Yesterday and today (08.04.2022) there were two major decisions that are significant for refugees from Ukraine. 

  1. The Ukraine Transitional Residence Regulation is extended. A legal stay is thus possible until 31.08. 
  2. As of 01.06, the scope of benefits is to be changed from AsylbLG to SGB.
