Second Cohort Closing Ceremony

25 April 2026 | Accra, Ghana

The Ghana Chapter of the 360° Labour Mobility Programme celebrated an important milestone on 25 April 2026,
as GAaNF marked the closing of its second cohort in Accra. The ceremony brought together young talents who had completed the structured phase of the programme and were preparing to continue their journey as members of GAaNF’s growing Alumni network.

The event was held in a hybrid format, with participants gathered in Ghana while colleagues and partners from Nigeria and Germany joined virtually. Short speeches from GAaNF and the 360° Alliance recognised the progress of Cohort 2 and the collective effort that supported them throughout the programme.

Beyond the formal programme, the day created space for reflection and connection. Participants exchanged experiences,
shared plans for the next phase and strengthened the relationships built during the cohort cycle. The networking session added warmth to the occasion, allowing young talents, programme teams and partners to connect beyond the structure of the ceremony. For the Ghana Chapter, the closing ceremony showed that the programme does not end when a cohort completes its formal activities. Through the Alumni network, participants remain connected to GAaNF, to one another and to the wider 360° Labour Mobility community. Cohort 2’s transition strengthens a growing network of young professionals linked through Ghana,
Nigeria and Germany.
